The Messy Minds Coaching Academy offers a practical, values-led pathway for anyone who wants to become a neurodiversity coach through training that is warm, visual, neuro-affirming, and grounded in lived experience. Our training is delivered fully online, making it accessible across the UK and worldwide.
The Academy was created by Joanne Hill, founder of Messy Minds, senior EMCC coach, and course director. With over 20 years of experience across sport, leadership, corporate development, and neurodivergent coaching, Joanne brings both professional insight and personal understanding to the programme.
After receiving an ADHD diagnosis at 47, she built Messy Minds to offer the kind of support she wished sheā€™d had: tools that help people feel proud of their brains and navigate life with greater clarity and confidence.
Whether you're starting fresh, shifting your career direction, or expanding the support work you already do, this CPD-accredited qualification gives you everything you need to earn a neurodiversity coach certification and deliver our signature programme with confidence and clarity.
