Mind blowing ,thought provoking , inspirational and oh so many lightbulb moments. Jo is an amazing coach . Her passion, empathy and motivation throughout our sessions have had a profound effect on my understanding of ADHD .Unravelling its complexities, putting strategies in place for situations which usually spiral me into meltdowns.I have learnt to see that my many negative quirks can in fact be seen as positives.Coaching has offered me practical advice ,useful tools and a different approach to how I usually view my very chaotic mind. Jo is simply amazing and I am beyond grateful to her.

Jo has been my coach this year during a turbulent time both personally and professionally and the impact has been nothing short of amazing. Having had coaches and mentors in the past, I was hesitant at first and unsure of the value, but I now realise the difference was in finding the right fit!

Jo has taken the time to really understand me and our sessions have brought clarity, direction and a renewed sense of purpose. I am more confident, think differently and feel equipped to keep growing.

For anyone who’s been there, done that, and still feels something’s missing I couldn’t recommend coaching with the right fit more highly.

Working with Jo from Messy Minds has already had a meaningful impact on both my personal and professional development. Even though we’re nearing completion of my coaching journey, I’ve gained valuable clarity, greater confidence in my decision-making, and a renewed sense of direction. The coaching approach is thoughtful, supportive, and grounded in real insight—helping me to navigate challenges with a fresh perspective. I’m genuinely looking forward to continuing the journey and would highly recommend Messy Minds to anyone seeking purposeful, empowering coaching.

Jo was a fantastic coach and I thoroughly enjoyed my sessions with her. Jo helped me to notice, understand and talk through the ways in which ADHD was showing up in my personal and professional life which has made a huge difference to my confidence at work. Talking through these aspects really helped me to objectively analyse what was going on and equip myself with tools and the knowledge to recognise, forgive and question how I am feeling. The program is well thought out and accessible. Jo offered so much flexibility to really tailor the sessions so I got the most out of it, Jo is in an exceptional position to offer support in ADHD and general professional coaching and I feel very lucky that I had the opportunity to be a beneficiary of her time, experience and skills.

Joining the Messy Minds Coaching Academy as a parent to a son with ASD and ADHD has been truly transformative. The programme helped me understand neurodiversity with compassion and clarity, allowing me to see my child and myself in a whole new light.

The 8 week programme has genuinely been the highlight of my week. I have looked forward to every session, eager to learn more, connect with my cohort, and practice my new skills. The programme itself is incredibly clear and well structured, with a supporting workbook that makes it easy to capture notes and turn learning into meaningful action.

The practical coaching skills I have learned, alongside the warmth and support of the Messy Minds community, are unlike anything I have experienced before. The knowledge and insight from the founders are clear, grounded, and genuinely empowering.

I am excited to continue developing my coaching skills so I can confidently support others on a similar journey.

Completing the Messy Minds neurodivergent coaching course has been genuinely transformative for both my personal growth and my business. The course goes far beyond theory, it offers practical, compassionate tools that honour the lived experiences of neurodivergent people. I have coached someone over the last few weeks and it has been the most enjoyable coaching I have done for many years.

What stood out most was the way neurodivergence was centred as a strength, not a problem to be fixed. The teaching was thoughtful, evidence-informed, and grounded in real-world application, making it immediately useful and empowering. I now feel far more confident, skilled, and attuned in my coaching, with a clearer understanding of how to support neurodivergent clients in ways that are ethical, affirming, and genuinely effective.

I would wholeheartedly recommend this course to anyone who wants to coach with greater depth, inclusivity, and integrity. It has raised the standard of my work and reshaped how I think about coaching altogether.

Joining the Messy Minds Coaching Academy has been both a fantastic and insightful experience. The training is expert, compassionate, and truly designed for neurodivergent thinkers. The tools and support helped me really understand neurodivergent minds and helped me begin the journey to growing into a confident coach who understands how people really work, not just in theory, but in everyday life. This programme is practical, empowering, and genuinely life-changing for anyone who wants to support others with clarity and care.

I’ve recently completed the Messy Minds Coaching Academy, an eightweek online programme to become a neurodivergent coach, and I absolutely loved it!

The course offered a powerful blend of practical tools, techniques, and specialist knowledge within a genuinely supportive, fun and inclusive learning environment. It gave us the space to deeply explore topics such as executive functioning and rejection sensitive dysphoria, while encouraging meaningful reflection and practical application of everything we learned.

What truly sets this programme apart is its flexibility and the way it aligns with how neurodivergent people actually learn, think, and thrive. I’m passionate about working with young people in the early stages of their careers, helping them unlock their strengths and superpowers, and using those insights to build fulfilling, meaningful career paths where they can thrive. Traditional corporate coaching just didn’t do that but this programme did.
