Messy Minds helps organisations better understand and support neurodivergent people.
Founded by Joanne Hill and Kerry Lewis, Messy Minds was created from a simple belief: when people are better understood, better outcomes follow. We believe understanding changes everything.
Drawing on decades of leadership experience across financial services and large corporate organisations, we understand the realities businesses face and the growing importance of recognising and supporting different ways of thinking. As organisations continue to focus on their people, their clients and their future growth, understanding neurodivergent minds has never been more important.
Many organisations want to do the right thing but are unsure where to start, what good looks like, or how to turn good intentions into meaningful and sustainable action. That's where Messy Minds comes in.
We are a solutions-focused business that helps organisations build greater understanding, remove barriers and unlock potential. By helping organisations better support neurodivergent clients and employees, we create practical solutions that improve experiences, strengthen relationships and deliver better outcomes for everyone involved.Ā
Our work is centred around understanding. Because when organisations understand people better, people can thrive, businesses can grow, and opportunities can be unlocked that might otherwise be missed.
