Joanne Hill is the CEO and Co-Founder of Messy Minds, an ILM Level 7 Executive Coach and Neurodivergent Coach with over 30 years of leadership experience. Following her own late diagnosis of ADHD at 47, Joanne became passionate about helping others make sense of themselves and unlock their potential. She specialises in coaching late-diagnosed neurodivergent adults, senior executives, board members, leaders and professionals. Drawing on both lived experience and a successful corporate career, including senior leadership roles within a FTSE 100 organisation, Joanne brings warmth, insight and practical challenge to her coaching. Her approach helps clients build self-awareness, confidence and strategies that enable them to thrive personally and professionally.
Kerry Lewis
Kerry Lewis is Chief Operating Officer at Messy Minds and a Chartered Manager with more than 20 years of senior leadership experience. She’s known for her calm, practical approach and her ability to help people cut through complexity, gain clarity and move forward with confidence. Before joining Messy Minds, Kerry led large teams across the financial services sector, developing people, improving ways of working and creating environments where individuals could thrive. Coaching has had a significant impact on her own life, giving her direction and belief in her abilities. This is something she now brings to her clients. Kerry creates steady, supportive spaces where people feel understood, encouraged and equipped to grow, challenge themselves and reach their potential.
