Our CPD-certified 8-week online Academy is for people who want to coach neurodivergent individuals.
Some of our learners are experienced coaches who want to specialise in neurodivergent coaching. Others are new to coaching and looking for somewhere to start.
Over 8 weeks, you'll learn how to deliver our Making Sense of Yourself programme and use the Messy Minds tools with your clients.
When you've completed the programme and passed the assessment, you'll become a certified Messy Minds Coach.

You don’t need prior coaching experience.
You don’t need a specific professional background.
You just need the desire to support people.
What Will I Learn?
The Academy teaches you how to deliver the Messy Minds Making Sense of Yourself programme.
You'll learn how to use our tools, resources and coaching approach to support neurodivergent individuals in understanding themselves, recognising their strengths and identifying what works best for them.
By the end of the programme, you'll be ready to start coaching using the Messy Minds approach.

What Happens After I Qualify?
Once you've completed the Academy and passed the assessment, you'll become a certified Messy Minds Coach and be listed on our Find a Coach page for your first 12 months.
You can begin working with clients straight away. We recommend you join our Coach Membership for ongoing supervision, support and updated materials.

Coach Membership
Our optional Coach Membership costs £25 + VAT per month.
Membership includes:
- Group supervision sessions
- Updated programme materials and resources
- Access to the Messy Minds coach community
- Invitations to events and development opportunities
- A Messy Minds Coach Member badge displayed on your profile within our Find a Coach directory
The Coach Member badge lets potential clients know that you're actively involved in the Messy Minds community and receive ongoing supervision and support.

Looking for an Academic Qualification?
The Academy is a CPD-certified training programme and, once qualified, you can coach using the Messy Minds programme.
For coaches who would also like to continue their coaching journey we offer a pathway onto a bespoke ILM Level 5 in Coaching at a discounted rate.
This is completely optional.
